The oven is preheated and we are ready to blog!
I may be good at baking but I'm not quite as skilled at blogging, so bare with me while I start to get the hang of things!
It all started about a year ago when my sister Joanne and I got the crazy idea that we could start our own business... TOGETHER! True to form, we have argued over every part of this venture but somewhere in between bickering over recipes and squabbling over the packaging, we created For the Love of Cupcakes.
Our mission for this company was to provide southern Ontario with a delicious product made with premium ingredients at an affordable price. So we started by subjecting our friends and family to months of endless taste-testing and brainstorming sessions until we got everything just right! And our hard work has paid off because we now have many best-sellers such as Death by Chocolate, Va Va Vanilla, Caramelicious, and Pretty in Pink. You can find our cupcakes at the Burlington Farmer's Market every Wednesday and Saturday and the Ridgeway Farmer's Market on Saturdays. They are also available at The Little Gourmet in Ancaster and of course are always available by order to lovecupcakes@cogeco.ca!
